Qualifying South Carolina families may have access to child care scholarships from the South Carolina Department of Social Services (DSS). The primary financial assistance program at this time is known as the SC Working Families Child Care Scholarship.

SNAP is a DSS program, formerly known as the Food Stamp Program, that serves as the foundation of America's national nutrition safety net, working to end hunger and improve the health of low-income families.

State Children’s Health Insurance Programs (SCHIP)
