Inspection Forms Revision 2025!
The Child Care Licensing inspection forms for licensed centers (public and private); group child care homes and family child care homes have been revised due to federal requirements. We have added inspections items to include the following requirements:
Licensed Centers and Group Child Care Homes
- The handling and storage of hazardous materials and disposal of bio-contaminants
- The prevention and response to emergencies from food and allergic reactions
- Emergency preparedness and response planning
Family Child Care Homes and Group Child Care Homes
- Building and physical premises safety, including the identification of and protection from hazards, bodies of water and vehicular traffic
- The handling and storage of hazardous materials and disposal of bio-contaminants
- Precautions in transporting children
- Prevention and control of infectious diseases
- The prevention and response to emergencies from food and allergic reactions
The revised Inspection forms can be accessed here (Licensed Centers, GCCH and FCCH).
No changes were made to the Registered Faith-Based inspection forms at this time.
