FCCH Proposed Regulations Town Hall

The State Advisory Committee on the Regulation of Child Care Facilities has proposed new regulations for Family Child Care Home providers. We have attached them here for your review. We would like to meet with you again to discuss your thoughts and any concerns that you may have regarding the proposed regulations for Family Child Care Home providers. We have set up a meeting on September 13, 2023 from 6:00pm - 7:30pm.
