Automating DSS Form 1706 and DSS Form 2924

We are automating the DSS Form 1706 as you know which is required by the Office of Inspector General to process your request for a comprehensive background check. Very soon you will be able to enter your information for the DSS Form 1706 into an online method to process the fingerprint background check.

Additionally, your DSS Form 1081 and 1083 regarding the Notice of Privacy will also be featured in this process as well. Submitting your fingerprint information in the Automated version of the DSS form 1706 will help OIG process your requests more quickly and provide you the results in record time!!! Please be on the lookout for information about this in the next few weeks!

We are also automating the DSS Form 2924 Consent to Release Form through an online method as well, which will help you to submit your abuse and neglect requests faster so that you can receive your results faster! We are very excited to be able to offer this to you. We hope to have this ready for testing closer to the end of this year. Be on the lookout!!!
