Alternative Methodology for Rate Setting

South Carolina Department of Social Services (Division of Early Care and Education) received approval from the Administration of Children and Families to conduct of Cost of Care study to create an alternative methodology for setting rates for our Child Care Scholarship program.  This detailed report provides an overview of findings from the study and the alternative methodology created.
