Supplemental Funds for Child Care Disaster Recovery – Hurricane Ian – PROVIDER SURVEY TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY FOR FUNDS
On September 28, 2022, Henry McMaster declared a state of emergency as a result of Hurricane Ian. On November 21, 2022, President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. authorized a major disaster declaration and ordered Federal aid to supplement State and local recovery efforts in the areas affected by Hurricane Ian. FEMA identified eight (8) counties as qualifying for federal disaster assistance.
